Sagent Product Week in Review Email 5/14

Following up to Ignite last week (and by popular demand) there are several deliverables now available from the event. (And if you weren't there, feel free to take a peek to get a taste for next year.)

There are many improvements to cover this week, some of which persist from last week to make sure you have a chance to address these items. And please note the first item below that applies to the release plan across multiple solutions.

General Notice Regarding Release Plan

The release plan for LoanServ, CARE & TEMPO has been updated and is now available in Sagent Support / Knowledge for your review. You can find it on Sagent Support Knowledge. We are evaluating further changes to make this information of better use to you. Please contact joe.dombrowski@sagent.com with suggestions.

Sagent Default Pre-Release Call

Register for the next Sagent Default Pre-Release Call on Thursday, May 20th. This call will review upcoming enhancements to Sagent's two default products: TEMPO and Dara Default.

Update - CP0061200/File Layout Notification

Please note that CP0061200 has been moved from the June 2025 LoanServ Release and is scheduled to be implemented with the July 2025 LoanServ Maintenance Release.

This is also notification of file layout changes being made to the Update ARM File (PM-400.010) with CP0061200. Detailed information for these changes can be found on the client website by selecting Visit the Archives>Transmission Changes. Please note that all changes are DRAFT, and that Release Notes published for the release may contain additional changes. These changes will also be delivered to License clients on the 26.01 License Release. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Support.

June 2025 Release Documentation

Don’t forget to visit the client website for all of the release documentation for the upcoming June 2025 Release. You’ll find a Project List containing all of the feature enhancement and feature correction projects scheduled to be implemented with the release, along with corresponding release note documentation. While you’re there, be sure to review the recently updated Data Warehouse Extract Changes document, as well as the newly posted Data Extract Copybooks and Test Files, which can all be found at Software Releases>June 20, 2025>Data Warehouse.

Add FDCPA advisory language indicator to LoanServ (CP0061418)
In the June 2025 release, Sagent will implement an enhancement (CP0061418) to add an FDCPA advisory language indicator to various vendor files. This impacts numerous files (e.g., billing files, escrow analysis files, ARM notice files, and more). We encourage clients to review the published 90 day notice and release notes for this project and to work with your vendors to ensure that they are prepared for the changes to the affected files.

June Release Implementation Information for Test Cycle Regions

Please be advised that the June 2025 Release will be implemented into the test regions beginning the third week of June. Please refer to the chart below to see the date for the cycles in your test region. Also note that your region will be down for one day, which is also listed in the chart below. Please remember that when the system is down for the release, other services are also not available for testing such as CARE and Web Services.

Invitation to Respond - Initial Requirements Document

The initial requirements document for the following feature is available for your review. Discussion on this document opens on Wednesday, May 14 and closes on Wednesday, May 21. To access the document, please visit the client website and follow this path: Discussions>Requirement Documents>Open Requirement Doc Discussions. Here you will find the link for this project, which will allow you to post any questions or comments and contact the Business Analyst.
