It's always exciting to deliver news about our products, and there's probably no better place to share it than our weekly Product WIRE!

This morning, Consolidated Analytics (CA) announced their integration of Sagent's Dara Claims into their operations. With this collaboration, CA will leverage Dara Claims mortgage servicing technology to handle the entire end-to-end claims process for its clients, including some of the nation's largest non-bank mortgage lenders. April End-of-Month and May Start-of-Month Cycles

Please note Sagent will run end-of-month cycles on April 30. There will also be start-of-month cycles running on May 1. Please refer to the chart located on Sagent Support to see the date and times for your region. You may experience report and file delays from the test regions during such cycles. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Support.

LoanServ June 2025 Release Documentation

The June 2025 release will be implemented into production on Friday, June 20. A list of projects being implemented, along with their corresponding project documentation is available on the client website at Software Releases>June 20, 2025.

Upcoming Release with LOI Processing Lockout Period

The LoanServ April release includes a project (CP0061314) that adds the Last Full Payment Date to the Loan Origination Interface (LOI) File. The changes with this project require Sagent to hold LOI processing temporarily on Thursday, April 24 from 5:55 pm ET until just after the nightly batch processing begins for your region. During this time, clients may transmit LOI files and Sagent will process them after the lockout period ends. If you have any questions, please contact Sagent Customer Support.

CARE April Release Tomorrow

For the CARE April Release tomorrow 04/24/25, we will need an extra 2 hours to load the release. The planned time will be 3:00AM - 7:00AM ET. This extra time is needed because there is a script to be run for Feature 371490 (which is loading the registration date for the CARE consumer user in CARE admin).

Upcoming CARE DRE

Sagent will conduct a Disaster Recovery Exercise (DRE) on Saturday, May 10th from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am EST. The CARE production region will be unavailable for use during this time. We appreciate your patience.

TEMPO Release

The TEMPO release is scheduled to be implemented on April 26, 2025. To learn about the latest features and enhancements included in the release, check out the resources below.
