Lights, Camera, Ignite 2025 was a story made for the big screen, and the critics (our attendees) agreed! With a 4.66/5.00 rating, Ignite attendees were fired up about the event, and 100% of customers said they are likely to return for next year — which is perfect because Ignite 2026 planning is already underway. We're tightening the integrations our customers use to access critical services you rely on for your daily workflow. So, it's exciting to announce that LERETA has joined the program to streamline delivery of their flood and tax capabilities to America's most successful servicers (yeah, you!). Draisey is Sagent's New CISO

Kyle Draisey was appointed as Sagent's Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Head of Cybersecurity. Kyle will lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and operations as we deploy our Dara platform to U.S. mortgage servicers.  Prior to joining Sagent, Kyle served as an Army Intelligence Officer, and upon his medical retirement from service, he served as the Senior Technical Director – Head of Cyber and Intelligence, for BAE Systems. For his pioneering work in zero trust capability development and cyber mission enablement, Draisey was named one of Washington Exec’s Top National Security Executives to Watch in 2024.

Dara Attorney Portal

We launched the Dara Attorney Portal (part of Dara Default) in Q2! The portal enables attorneys to manage foreclosure and default processes in a shared interface with real-time data, document management, and messaging which lowers servicer costs and improves the attorney user experience during the default lifecycle. Dara Core

Our relentless work to deliver the future of servicing with our Dara Core platform continues! To start summer, we did our first public demo of Dara Core at HousingWire's flagship event The Gathering.  We showed how Dara provides real-time data and a single UX for all loan servicing activities for both servicer and consumer users. As the second half of 2025 progresses, we'll continue to share more Dara capabilities.  

LoanServ

How does our enterprise solution, LoanServ, exhibit our relentless trait? Well, it may come as a shock to you, but we measure it in ZEROS. 

As in, 52 feature changes delivered in Q2 with ZERO customer-wide defects.

This stat isn't just an interesting footnote, though. This relentless pursuit of excellence creates additional capacity in subsequent releases, which allows us to address more changes and pending corrections, and ultimately deliver more features for you, our customers!
