Due to the release installation, access to the LoanServ system will not be available during the extended outage (2 hours) at the beginning of the cycle. There may also be a delay in system availability the next morning; we expect the system to be available approximately 2 hours later than the normal EOW batch cycle. We will send an update if there are any unexpected delays in system availability. This extended outage will also cause a similar delay in the delivery of reports and files out of cycle.
