FNMA FCL Status Codes Need Updates to the Reset Conditions (CP0061564)
This feature will update reset conditions needed for FNMA Delinquency Status Codes 33, 63, 71, 94, and 95 to cease the inaccurate reporting of an active Foreclosure status to FNMA.
Prevent Unnecessary Recall Dates (CP0061571)
This feature will update the valid value of the Action/Result code for the Recall Date Required Code field on the Delinquent/Loan/Contact Info - Page 1 screen (PFSP325) to prevent users from inputting a recall date when not required.
PFID To Record Payment Change in CARE (CP0061598)
This feature will add a new PFID field to provide a real-time Next Draft Amount whenever a payment change occurs on a loan between draft cycles. This can be used by CARE to reflect the accurate Next Draft Amount on a loan.
HELOC ACH Draft Amount is Incorrect on the Billing File (CP0061608)
LOC billing statements disclose an incorrect Draft Amount on PM-400.180. This feature will ensure that the correct Draft Amount can be mapped to billing statements.
