LoanServ

June 2025 Release Documentation

Don’t forget to visit the client website for all of the release documentation for the upcoming June 2025 Release. You’ll find a Project List containing all of the feature enhancement and feature correction projects scheduled to be implemented with the release, along with corresponding release note documentation. While you’re there, be sure to review the recently updated Data Warehouse Extract Changes document, as well as the newly posted Data Extract Copybooks and Test Files, which can all be found at Software Releases>June 20, 2025>Data Warehouse.

 

Update - CP0061338/Track Loan Data by Branch

This project will add branch Number (ML-BRANCH, PFID 0115652) to WWSP1027 – GetAccountInfo1027. As a result, this will allow the customer to track loan-related data by Branch.

  • Deployment Details
    The service will be deployed to Production on June 7, 2025, Saturday night in the batch cycle.
  • Client Availability Timing
    The updated web service containing the Branch Number (ML-BRANCH) will be available for clients to use around 6.00 AM ET, Sunday morning, June 8, 2025. 

May EOM and June SOM Test Region Cycles

Due to May end-of-month processing, there will be cycles running on May 30 and 31. There will also be start-of-month cycles running on June 2. Please refer to the chart located on Sagent Support to see the date and times for your region. You may experience report and file delays from the test regions during such cycles. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Support.

 

Invitation to Respond - Business Designs

The following business designs are available for your review. Discussion on these designs opens on Wednesday, May 21 and closes on Wednesday, June 4. To access the design documents, please visit the client website and follow this path: Discussions>Project Designs>Open Design Discussions. Here you will find the link for each project, which will allow you to post any questions or comments and contact the Business Analyst.

 

Update Search Functionality for Expense/Invoice Index Screens (CP0060989)

This feature will allow clients to perform searches by Invoice Date on the */Expense/Invoice Index screens to search all invoices instead of only the first 26 occurrences.

 

New Account Number for Compromised LOCs (CP0061113)

This feature will create an automated process to copy line of credit data to a new loan account when the original line has been compromised (i.e., fraud, phishing, identity theft).

 

Update LTV Calculation for FHLB and MBS Loans (CP0061579)

With this feature, for FHLB and MBS loans, the LTV calculation for the purpose of canceling or terminating PMI will be modified to follow FNMA guidelines and accordingly the LTV will be calculated based on the Principal Balance and Deferral Principal Balance.

 

Create a Field to Disclose Late Charge Amount for Current Line of Credit Accounts (CP0061592)

This feature will add the new field 'Late Charge Curr LOC Loan D562' for the late charge amount that would be due for current Line of Credit loans (loan type 4, subtype 1).

 

RP-210 Changes for Special Comment Code & Account Status Reporting (CP0061618)

This feature will update the system to report loans impacted by a natural or declared disaster and loans with reservists recalled to active military duty during a service release with Special Comment Code O (account transferred to another company/servicer). Loans impacted by a natural or declared disaster and loans with reservists recalled to active military duty during a short sale with Special Comment Code AU (account paid in full for less than the full balance) will also be reported.

 

Update Processing on FCL 1099A & C Correction Panels for the IRS Indicator Field for GNMA Investors (CP0061740)

This feature will update processing on the FCL A1099 screen’s correction panel and the FCL C1099 screen’s correction panel to update when the IRS Indicators are updated on the Inst/Parm/EOY/Investor screen for GNMA investors.

HELOC ACH Draft Amount is Incorrect on Billing File (CP0061608)

 

Add FDCPA advisory language indicator to LoanServ (CP0061418)
In the June 2025 release, Sagent will implement an enhancement (CP0061418) to add an FDCPA advisory language indicator to various vendor files. This impacts numerous files (e.g., billing files, escrow analysis files, ARM notice files, and more).  We encourage clients to review the published 90 day notice and release notes for this project and to work with your vendors to ensure that they are prepared for the changes to the affected files.
