Déjà vu: Announcements Please see the below announcements from last week's WIRE. They are so important that we wanted to highlight them again.
FHA Mortgage Letter (ML) 2025-06:
Our Product, Compliance, and Development teams are reviewing the ML issued on January 16, 2025 and are working collectively to determine the scope of changes to Sagent solutions, including LoanServ, Dara Loss Mit and Dara Claims.
There is no need to open a case. Updates will be provided as we estimate the effort needed to modify our systems accordingly.
These changes go into effect on February 2, 2026.
GNMA Monthly Payment Default Status (PDS) Reporting Update:
To align with GNMAs expectation of receiving the monthly RFS file prior to the PDS file, we are updating the timing of the monthly GNMA PDS file.
Beginning in February for January month end reporting, the GNMA PDS file (PM-400.827) will be set up to run after 9 AM eastern.
This update will provide a three-hour transmission interval between the RFS file (PM-400.532) and the PDS file solving the timing issue that was reported with last month’s files.
